I’m Christopher Wavrin. I help engineering teams actually get value from AI.

I’ve been building software for more than 20 years — picking the right tools, engineering systems that hold up, and deploying them to infrastructure that doesn’t fall over. I’ve led teams through more than a few platform shifts along the way.

This one is the biggest I’ve seen. AI tools are changing how software gets built faster than most organizations can absorb, and the gap between “we bought the licenses” and “our engineers are measurably better at their jobs” is where most of the value gets lost.

That gap is what I work on now: helping engineering and product teams adopt AI tools in ways that stick — not pilots and demos, but real changes in how people work, with results you can point to.

I’m still the person who gets excited about a new tool. I just spend most of my time helping other people get the same thing out of it.
